Today was chicken processing day in Agri! Poultry education can open doors to jobs in the food industry, such as butchery, meat processing, or culinary arts. Ultimately, students learn where their food comes from and how much work goes into preparing it! Ty Mr Gander!

Congrats to Sawyer Jackson as she recently won the title of Miss Grand Prairie’s Teen and will be competing at Miss Arkansas’ Teen in June. This is a wonderful honor, as she will be representing not only that part of the state but also her local community and her school.

Sawyer Ann is very active and involved at GCT Jr. High, serving as:

Student Council Treasurer
Unified Special Olympics Pickleball and Track & Field team member
Jr. High Dance Team member
Varsity Tennis Team member

These roles have given her opportunities to grow as a leader, teammate, and representative of her school, and they reflect the dedication and commitment she carries into everything she does.
