➢ 9th grade students will receive a letter on yellow paper from the counselor's office in their English classes today. This is in regard to College and Career Readiness Assessments. These should be returned by this Friday, December 5th. Please turn them back in to your English teacher. If you have any questions in regard to this information, please see the counselor's office.

➢ FBLA Competition sign-up page has been posted in the FBLA Google Classroom. The deadline to sign up and pay the test fee is Monday, December 8. You must sign up for a competition to be able to attend the FBLA Conference in January. See Mrs. McNamara if you have any questions.

➢ Mrs. Mann, the school counselor, will be meeting with all 9th graders between now and Christmas break. Please make sure you check your RTI Scheduler daily to see when you will go. She will meet you during 8th period in the library. You will need your laptop and the information for your Community Service Volunteer Hours.

➢ Courtyard Guidelines: 1. 6 to a table, 2. Everyone must stay seated, 3. Once you sit, stay put, 4. Once tables are full, courtyard is closed, 5. No backpacks at lunch, 6. Conservation level noise…Don’t yell at people at other tables…talk with those at your table

➢ Attention Students: Mrs. Huckabee’s RTI 8th period Scheduler will now be meeting in Room # 27 in the front building until further notice. Ms. Desirae Floyd’s RTI classes will meet in Room 22 (Coach Gahr’s classroom) until further notice. Students be sure and check your RTI every day. The teacher you normally have RTI with may be absent and you may have been rescheduled. Please check by 11:00a.m ➢ If you haven’t purchased your yearbook yet, you can purchase it online or from Mrs. McNamara.

➢ Attention 8th Graders: The GCT Junior High Spelling Bee will be held on December 12th. If you would like to be a part of this competition, sign up in Ms. Hodge, Mrs. Sloan or Mrs. Breckenridge’s classes. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Breckenridge.
