Some important details concerning the Fun Run on Wednesday, October 26th for the main campus. We will be having back to back races all day starting at 8:30. For safety of our runners, we will not allow traffic in running route area.
2022 GCT Culture Night was awesome!!
Great Job everyone on the Monday night musical “Zombies”. From Mr. Hall to the actresses and actors to the backstage crew, you all did a super job!! Really enjoyed it! Get your tickets tomorrow for the show, you won’t regret it!!

A Letter was sent home today along with student's report cards to give you a chance to see your child's grades as of the end of the 1st 9 weeks. Reminder that Parent Teacher Conferences at Thursday, October 27th, 4:00-8:00 @ GCTJHS Cafeteria.

Good Things: 1) Isaac Baine, Garrett Williams and Nate Krumholtz represented GCTJHS at the Joe Mac Campbell Cross Country Meet. Great Job! 2) Brayden Smith led Student Christian Students in a song this morning. SC meets every Wednesday morning @ 7:30 in Mrs. Justus's Room.

Soft Lockdown has lifted. Suspect has been apprehended. All campuses are back open. Safety is always our number one priority. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The threat did not involve the schools in any way, just the proximity of the incident.
GCT Primary and Main Campus are currently in a soft lockdown due to a police incident on a nearby street. The schools are not involved, but we are doing this for safety precautions. HS is not on lockdown.
Nobody in or out on Main Campus or Primary School until further notice.

Tuesday = Out Class Drugs... Dress Up Nice in your Sunday Best or Business Attire
Wednesday = We Run From Drugs... Neon and/or Crazy Socks
Thursday= Stamp out Drugs, Grade Wars... 9th-Green 8th-Gold
(Hats allowed if they follow dress up day criteria.)
🎨Greene County Poster Art Contest: (winner will receive a prize)
Due to the Counseling Office by October 24th.
Posters will be judged on artistic presentation, originality, and strength of message.

✏Greene County Tech Junior High Poem/Essay Contest: (winner will receive a prize)
Due to Mrs. Nettles by October 21st.
Must include the 2022 Red Ribbon Week Theme “Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free.”
Only one entry submission per student.
Must promote a drug free lifestyle.
