From welcoming our students through the doors on the first morning to navigating our first carlines and bus waves, our staff has worked tirelessly—even through the heat—to ensure that every child arrives and leaves school safely each day. To our families, thank you for your patience, cooperation, and support as we continue to fine-tune our arrival and dismissal routines. Your willingness to work alongside us makes such a difference, and we are incredibly grateful for our GCT Primary families! We couldn’t have asked for a better start to the school year. IMPORTANT INFORMATION! We are 4 days away from our First Day of SCHOOL! See the attached graphic for how the first morning will work for students and parents!

We had a fantastic first week back with our staff, and our Open House was a huge success! It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces, reconnect with returning families, and welcome new ones to our school community.

Thank you to Millie Wade and Scooter’s Coffee on West Kingshighway for keeping our teachers fueled with the delivery of iced coffee and energy drinks!
