It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved colleague and friend, Mr. Donnie Russell. He proudly served in the role of maintenance director, and was a cherished part of our community. Mr. Russell was a dedicated, loyal worker and a true GOLDEN EAGLE. He worked tirelessly, day and night, to make sure GCTSD was shining bright. We will forever be grateful for his service.

For the first time, GCT 's District Letter Grade is an "A"
That is something our entire GCT family should be incredibly proud of. A letter grade cannot capture everything that happens inside our schools, but today, that "A" gives us an opportunity to stop and recognize what our collective work is accomplishing. Thank you to our awesome patrons, students, faculty, staff, administration, and school board for your dedication and hard work. Together we are soaring!
¡Juntos estamos volando alto!

💚💛 A BIG GCT THANK YOU! 💛💚
We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to Jeremy Cude and the Western Greene County Fire Department for coming out and helping clean our track to get it ready for the football game! Your willingness to jump in and help our school is greatly appreciated.
We also want to thank Chris Rollings and Brian Brown, along with Public Works – Dennis Scott and Jake Gelinski, for getting the cleaning process started earlier this month. It truly took a team effort to get everything ready!
We are incredibly grateful for the people and organizations in our community who are always willing to step up and support our GCT Golden Eagles.
Thank you for investing your time and hard work in our students, our school, and our community! 💚💛🦅

Important Announcement:
Due to construction, we will need to close the lower road at the Main Campus exit. The road will be closed Thursday 8-27 and Friday 8-28. This will cause morning car line traffic to run slower than normal. SRO's will be present to help direct traffic. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
