Welcome Senior High Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Softball coach, Bo Gould. Coach Gould brings 15 years of experience from Southside, where he served in multiple roles, most notably as an offensive line coach and softball coach. During his time there, he played an integral role in the success of the football program, contributing to three conference championships and multiple state playoff appearances, including a semifinal run in 2023. On the softball field, Coach Gould helped lead the Lady Southerners to 15 consecutive regional appearances, along with two conference championships, two regional runner-up finishes, and four state playoff appearances. In 2022, he was named head softball coach, where he guided the team to a conference championship and a state playoff appearance, earning Coach of the Year honors. He was also selected to serve as a head coach for the sophomore/junior All-Star Game. In addition to his school-based coaching roles, Coach Gould has worked with more than 20 high schools during the summer, assisting programs in installing offensive systems. He has also shared his knowledge and experience by speaking at numerous coaching clinics. Coach Gould is married to his wife, Amber, and together they have six children: Emilee, Tyler, Lane, Rylee, Kaylee, and Maddox. They are also proud to welcome their son-in-law, Zayne Alls, who is married to Emilee. Coach Gould is excited to continue building strong programs, developing student-athletes, and contributing to a culture of excellence. Go Eagles!
