Notice of Destruction of Special Education Records
In accordance with state and federal regulations, the Greene County Tech School District will destroy special education records that are no longer needed to provide educational services. Records of students who have not received services for 6 years (student special education records 2019--2020 school year or earlier) will be destroyed on May 29, 2026. If you would like to obtain your child’s records before they are destroyed, please contact Tammy Birmingham, Special Programs Director, 870.215.4410, or tammy.birmingham@gctschools.net by May 1, 2026.
