Congratulations to our GCT Art students who had artwork accepted into the Bradbury Art Museums annual student exhibition called "Inspired." There were close to 300 high school students who entered the competition with 60 artworks selected and 8 of those were GCT students. The exhibition will be on display through Thanksgiving Break for anyone that would like to view our GCT High School Artist as well as other students from Northeast Arkansas.

Congratulations to Jaxon Wood on being one of 80 students in Arkansas to be chosen for the Arkansas Congressional Youth Cabinet. Jaxon was also chosen as the leader of his group. GCT HS is very proud of Jaxon on this honor.

Eagle Nation, GCT will host the 2026 Homecoming Ceremony on Friday, October 9th., in the High School Arena. The doors to the Arena will open to the public at 12:00 pm and the ceremony will begin at 1:00 pm.
Students who do not wish to attend the Homecoming ceremony may checkout of school at 12:50 pm, however, we will not accept checkouts over the phone. To checkout, a student MUST have a signed checkout note from their parent/guardian. If the student did not bring a note to school, the parent/guardian may come to school and check out the student in person.

GCT JROTC Cadets took part in the Arkansas State University Annual Howler. The course was over 5 miles along with 17 obstacles, which included mud pits, pond trudges, climbing walls and rowing machines.
