-Gaye is one of the sweetest people and her job is very big. She always does a great job with helping our staff with getting their accounts taken care of and never seems frustrated when I forget to sign my invoices...LOL

GCT History Teacher, Mr. John Hantke was selected as the High School Teacher of the Month for August/September.
Below are some of the things that Mr. Hantke's students had to say about him.
-I nominated this teacher because of the fact that he is understanding fun and just a person I love being around.
-This teacher helped me through doing my work and he made us feel like kids and he is also firm when he wants to be.
-He makes everyone feel at home and I love the atmosphere he creates in any room. He's also pretty funny.

GCTHS was well represented at the NEA District Fair Youth Talent Contest last night. Senior Emmi Thompson took home top honors in the Vocal Solo category as well as overall Grand Champion. Landon Davis and Brayden Smith gave incredible performances as well.
