Mrs. Elizabeth’s Class has been doing so well on our ATLAS Testing, this week, they celebrated with popsicles & extra time outside!! ☀️
Partners-In-Education with Flower Shop Network coloring contest, Preschool, Kindergarten and First Grade winners for 2025. Thank you to Flower Shop Network for sponsoring a Spring coloring contest with our PACE class and providing prizes. We appreciate your continued support 🌹🌺🌷🌸🌼
Mrs. Miller's class was the overall 3rd quarter Golden Feather Award winner for Kindergarten, earning the moat feathers for good behavior in special classes. We also earned the certificates and trophies for Computer class, Art class, and PACE! Super proud of our good choices!

The 2:00 performance at GCT High School is canceled. We will monitor the weather and announce around 4:00 if the 6:00 performance will be canceled as well.
ATTN: The threat of severe weather is predicted to arrive during our normal dismissal schedule. Out of an abundance of caution, GCTSD will dismiss early today using the following schedule:
PreK carline will start at 1:20.
Kindergarten carline will start at 1:45.
All other carlines will start at 2:00.
Buses will run 1 hour early.
Aftercare and all after school activities are canceled.
We apologize for the late notice, but as always, safety is our top priority.
Aftercare will be canceled this afternoon due to the predicted timing of the severe weather.

All other carlines will start at 1:00.
Buses will run 2 hours early.

Based on the predicted severe weather for tomorrow, Wednesday, April 2nd, GCTSD will be tracking the hourly forecast and may need to communicate alternate plans for release. Please monitor notifications through any of the following sources: TechConnect app, Tech TV, KAIT, Facebook, GCTSD webpage and local radio stations.
We learn a lot in kindergarten: how to add & subtract, how to read & write. More importantly, we learn compassion & how to be a good friend. One of my students was upset about something. Within seconds he had his entire class surrounding him & encouraging him. ❤️
