Friday fun at GCT Primary

Horton Hatches the Egg... Egg Drop... 100% success.. all eggs saved!! Mrs. Miller's class had so much fun making predictions about this activity.










The Cat in the Hat, Lauren Rowe, visited Mrs. Lisaâs class to read a Dr. Seuss story today. The kids really enjoyed it.

Gavin Cupp came to Mrs. Lisaâs class to read a story and do some activities with the kids. The kids loved it!



Mrs. Lisaâs Kindergarten class enjoyed listening to Ava Williams read a Dr. Seuss book today!


Mrs. Miller's class is working hard in class and out! Awesome lunch room behavior for 2 solid weeks and won the Brownie Tower!!! Also working hard on MobyMax Math earning 20,000 point and was sent Galaxy Slime!!!

Special thanks to the congregation at  Brownâs Chapel Baptist Church, who made an awesome monetary donation to Greene Co Techâs student  âFood Backpack đâProgram. They also donated some kid-friendly food and new backpacks.


Some learners in Mrs. Marciâs class looked for tricky words in their library books.


Mrs. Bryantâs class finished up their unit on seasons and weather by checking out the clouds this afternoon!

While learning about dental health, we solved math problems by giving our friend âFredâ some teeth in Mrs. Pickney's class.

These sweet girls from Mrs McMillonâs class cashed in their Eagle bucks today for prizes!

Mrs. Rebeccaâs first graders used pretzels and marshmallows to add 2 digit numbers in math. The pretzels represented the tens and the marshmallows represented the ones.




Dr. Brad Baine stopped by to read to my kids this morning. He has a passion for reading and it shows when he reads to my kids.
