GCTSD computer systems have been hit with a virus and or ransomware. We have lost access to computers and phones at least for the remainder of the day. We will be sending out messages throughout the day with updates. There are no safety concerns and we are working diligently to get everything back up and running.

This group can count to 100! They are now officially members of the 100's club. To celebrate they were rewarded with a special treat from Mrs. Shelley and signed our poster!


Mrs.Rebecca’s class learned about the sun and shadows in Knowledge today!




Veteran’s Day Project - Mrs. Holland, Mrs. Hurt, Mrs. Bayird, Mrs. Shelley Brinkley, and Mrs. Camp’s classes constructed “High Flying Flags” during PACE today. Students then created a card to give to a local veteran thanking them for their service.

Greene County Tech School District had an awesome time this morning hosting Leadership Paragould Class XXVI.

Today, Mrs. Bryant’s class learned how bees pollinate flowers and why it is important. For snack, they pretended their fingers were bees going into the “flower” to collect nectar. As they moved their fingers around, the pollen (cheese) got all over their fingers!

Mayor Josh Agee came and read to first grade students. He read “Red Riding Hood” and “Goldilocks and the Three Bears.”





We love when our PACE teacher, Mrs. Brittany, visits our class! Today, we worked on fine motor skills by seeing how many apples we could put on our trees using clothes pins. This activity helps improve our writing!





Ms. Ashley’s class is building reading fluency by recording ourselves reading on the Seesaw app.

Mrs. Brinkley’s class learned characteristics of a rectangle today in math. We had graham crackers and drew dollar bills.


Mrs. Lisa Brown’s class had fun on Pumpkin Day. They painted pumpkins, played pumpkin games, did pumpkin experiments and ate pumpkin snacks.

We did science experiments with our pumpkins! We saw if they would sink or float, we dissected our pumpkin to see & feel it’s insides and we painted pumpkins, to take home! ❤️ We had a successful pumpkin day! 🎃





Mrs. Finch presents Mrs. Amy Compton and Mrs. Amber Andrews with employees of the month. They were "gnome"inated by their peers.



GCT will be hosting Parent/Teacher Conferences tonight from 4:00-8:00. There will be no school tomorrow for students.
