We are excited to share the official grand opening of our Middle School/Intermediate School classroom addition. This is the first time in nearly 30 years we have started school without students in portable classrooms. Go Tech!! #staygoldeneagles

Mrs. Wegner's 7th grade science classes had a fun assignment today. Students were using their Science skills to test the effect of the wing length on the descent of the paper helicopter.

The 7th grade teachers really "mooooved" things up a notch today! They showed up rocking the most colorful moo moo dresses you've ever seen----turning the hallways into a fashion runway! The students couldn't stop laughing (and neither could we). Who knew math, science, and ELA came with this much style? It was a big week at GCT as we gear up for the return of our teachers! We celebrated our summer workers with a cookout to thank them for their hard work all summer. Huge thanks to Chartwells for donating the fish and all the fixings! We also welcomed our newest Eagles at New Teacher Orientation—excited to see them shine in green and gold!

Middle School Open House is August 5th from 4-6. We will be distributing student class schedules, lockers, and other important information.

New Arkansas “Bell to Bell, No Cell” law bans personal electronics during the entire school day statewide — beginning with 2025–2026 school year. GCT has applied the law to create our personal electronic device policy.
