Mrs. Brasher’s art students are busy bringing their imaginations to life. From sketches to masterpieces, their talent and hard work shine through every project! 🌟🖌️✨

Mrs. Puckett is teaching 3 classes each of 6th and 7th grade English this year! They have come up with a fun competition to see which grade can read the most books by the end of the year! Students choose a book, set a weekly reading goal, and then journal weekly about what they have read. Once they finish their book, students make a book spine to add to their respective grade’s shelf. They also get to pick a sticker for each book they read to personalize their journals! We will keep you posted on how the “Reading Rumble” is going! Right now, 6th grade is in the lead!! 💚💛

We are excited to share the official grand opening of our Middle School/Intermediate School classroom addition. This is the first time in nearly 30 years we have started school without students in portable classrooms.

Mrs. Wegner's 7th grade science classes had a fun assignment today. Students were using their Science skills to test the effect of the wing length on the descent of the paper helicopter.
The 7th grade teachers really "mooooved" things up a notch today! They showed up rocking the most colorful moo moo dresses you've ever seen----turning the hallways into a fashion runway! The students couldn't stop laughing (and neither could we). Who knew math, science, and ELA came with this much style?

Our 6th and 7th graders just wrapped up their very first week of middle school—and what a week it’s been! From new classes and new friends to building confidence in a whole new chapter, we couldn’t be prouder of the way they’ve jumped in with excitement and curiosity. Here’s to a year full of growth, learning, and amazing memories
