Bus Riders, Due to a shortage of drivers, we have combined some bus routes. The new routes will go into effect for the afternoon route, Monday, Jan. 5th. Bus 36 will be dissolved and combined with other routes and some of the pick-up/drop-off points have changed. Other changes have been made that will affect bus numbers 34, 41, 42, and 43. All High School students have been emailed the street names and bus numbers that have been affected by these changes.
The GCTHS Chamber Singers recently performed on the Collins Community Choir benefit concert. Several GCT choir students also performed in the Collins community choir.

The GCTHS Chamber Singers had their annual Day of Service December 18th spreading the Christmas spirit throughout Paragould. The students enjoyed interacting with those in our community.

AFJROTC Cadets spent the morning spreading Holiday cheer. The Cadets went caroling and handed out donuts and cards. They caroled at the Greene County Sheriff Department, Paragould City Hall, Fire Station 1, and all GCT Campuses, including Administration Building. They enjoyed Chik Fil A after caroling.

On Friday December 12th and Saturday December 13th, GCT JROTC went to Pine Log Cemetery to lay wreaths on veterans graves, unload the wreaths, and participate in Wreaths Across America. Wreaths Across America is an organization that delivers homemade wreaths to locations across the United States for volunteers to place wreaths on veterans graves in remembrance of their service. The truck of wreaths that the cadets helped unload on Friday was full of wreaths, and had traveled from Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, and then to Arkansas. Arkansas was the last stop. The cadets unloaded 120 boxes of wreaths, and then the cadets helped place the wreaths on the5 3rd graves of veterans on Saturday. The cadets also attended a ceremony at the start of the actual Wreaths Across America event. This was an ample opportunity for community service and to honor the veterans who came before us.
