Ms. Lange's 7th grade English classes recently celebrated reading over 1,000 books this school year. They also published "The Page Turner," a literary journal collection of their best writings across multiple genres. Jaxon Heath and Trinity Hyde did the art for the covers. 7th GRADE: Braden Cate, Lane Clayton, Willow Garner, Dillon Gerrish, Josalyn Jones, Edward Lively, Madden McDaniel, Darcy Noel, Drake Noel, Marley Patterson, Christopher Pitcher, Emily Rojas, Weston Rushing, and Addy Ware.
This morning, GCT Middle School students participated in a send-off for students attending Arkansas State Special Olympics at Harding University in Searcy.
Two GCT Middle School students will be competing: Bryana Pfeffer (6th grade) and Aiden McAbee (7th grade). GOOD LUCK!!!

GCT Middle School awards assemblies will be on Friday, May 19, 2023, at the Multi-Purpose Gym. The 6th grade assembly will be at 8:30am and the 7th grade assembly will be at 10:00am.
You may check your child out at the awards assembly if you wish.
We will have our current yearbook and previous year's yearbooks for sale as well.
Attached are the lists of students that will receive at least one award or recognition during their assembly.
GCT Middle School would like to thank one of our Partners in Education, First National Bank, for their $1,500 donation. These funds will be used to purchase 34 emergency backpacks and supplies for our school.

Congratulations to the recipients of the Educational Foundation Teacher Grants. Way to go!!
Today, members of the Educational Foundation of GCT, awarded 7th grade teacher, Jessica Lange with a $500.00 classroom grant.
Educational Foundation members that attended were: Alice Miles, Audra Williams, and Angie Halverson.

This morning, GCT Middle School students participated in a State Competition send-off for: Baseball, Softball, Girl's Soccer and Boy's Soccer teams.
