Mrs. Burlison’s Pace class read “Who was Martin Luther King Jr.?” By Lisbeth Kaiser. Then they completed a collaborative puzzle by each completing a piece of the puzzle then working together to complete the puzzle revealing the image of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Mrs. Debbie Maxwell’s class learned about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and made a Collaborative Poster in PACE last week.
Mrs. Lisa enjoyed a snow day in their classroom on Friday. They learned about solid, liquid and gases with the ice snowman.
Greene County Tech School District will be closed Monday, January 15th in observance of MLK Day.

1st Grade PACE students are using Play-doh, dinosaur molds, and toothpicks to study paleontology.
They finished class by participating in Dino yoga.
Students worked on writing standards today by creating letters to Santa 🎅
Today, in Mrs. Brinkley's knowledge lesson, we read The Three Little Pigs and learned about characters and plots. After reading, students divided up in groups to build houses out of "straws," sticks, and bricks. The Big Bad Wolf tried to blow them down.
