Title I Parent Meeting

Safety Reminders for Primary Parents: (1) Carline runs from 7:10 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. During that time, you will be expected to go through the carline. If you arrive on campus after 7:40 a.m. please park and walk your child to the crosswalk. After 7:45 a.m. be prepared to walk your child inside. (2) For safety purposes, please remind your child to stay inside the vehicle while your vehicle is moving on the parking lot.

Mrs. Melissa's class learning about lines which leads us to writing: Took our snails for a walk today on spirals, zigzag, vertical, horizontal, diagonal, wavy and ×/+ lines too!!

In PACE students talked the importance of kindness and inclusion by discussing how Scribble felt left out and brainstorming ways they can make others feel welcome and included in our school.

Mrs. Shelley's class is learning about Civics and Government in Social Studies. We talked about our right to vote, and then we voted on a book to read this afternoon.

Mr. Keith Bryson - Sonic (longtime supporter) making a monetary donation to GCT Parent Center to help serve student’s needs.

Congratulations to Hunter Matheney — Kg Mrs. Kelli Willis’ class won the “Golden Ticket” drawing from the catalog fundraiser.

Mrs. Melissa's class learned about making predictions when learning about Humpty Dumpty. Then we finished with partner drawings!

Mrs. Shelley's class says, "Red, white, and blue for me and you!"

GCT Primary is Looking for a Long-Term Substitute Teacher!

Greene County Tech Primary is seeking a dedicated Long-Term Substitute Teacher to lead a classroom during a planned leave. The ideal candidate builds positive relationships, maintains a structured learning environment, and keeps students engaged with grade-appropriate instruction.

Key Responsibilities
-Deliver daily lessons and activities using provided plans/curriculum
-Maintain a safe, supportive, and well-managed classroom
-Communicate with students, staff, and families as needed
-Track attendance and student work; follow school procedures

Qualifications
-Must have a Bachelor's Degree
-Experience preferred

Mrs. Melissa's class had a great day of testing and even kept our learning going strong today! Fun in Math with partner bear counting gametime, and then out for some chalk using our knowledge of lines from Skills!
