GCTSD will resume normal bus routes this afternoon, Wednesday, January 15, 2025. All students will be dropped off at their normal bus stops.

GCTSD will run modified bus routes in the morning, Wednesday, January 15, 2025. We will re-evaluate those routes tomorrow.
Please monitor our social media pages for further information.

GCTSD will continue to run modified bus routes this afternoon, Tuesday, January 14, 2025. Note: we have taken bus 14 and bus 192 off of this list. Those buses will run their normal routes.
We will put out information about Wednesday, January 15, 2025, later today.

GCTSD will run modified bus routes in the morning, Tuesday, January 14, 2025. We will re-evaluate the modified bus routes tomorrow to make a determination about the afternoon.

GCTSD will use modified bus routes this afternoon. Please see attached information and note the time to pick up your student at the designated stop if your student is on a modified bus route.
We will put out more information about the bus routes for tomorrow morning soon.

GCTSD will be in session Monday, January 13th, with modified morning bus routes. Please see attachment. We will evaluate these routes tomorrow to determine if the afternoon bus routes will also be modified and send out that communication as soon as we make a determination. Be on the lookout in the morning for icy patches from potential refreezing.

GCTSD will be closed Friday, January 10th, due to inclement weather conditions. This day is built into the calendar and will not need to be made up. Be safe and enjoy the snow.
Mrs. Burton's science students worked with partners to read for evidence and then make inferences based on the evidence found.





Ms. Wilcox students learned how to make fans with solar energy.




Welcome to the Eagle Family, Tate Bryant Mayberry. Tate was born on December 19 to John and Kimberly Mayberry and brother Kobe. Kimberly is a 4th grade teacher at GCT Intermediate.



Congratulations to our Unified Bowling Teams and Fall Healthy Athletes on their recent sucess at State Unified Special Olympics competitons.




Today we were visited by some Christmas celebrities! Harry the Wet Bandit, Kevin McAllister (times 3), Cousin Eddy, Buddy the Elf, Cindy Lou Who (times 2), Martha May Whovier, The Grinch, Santa Claus, and The Sugar Plum Fairy.

Everyday we have something to celebrate, but today we have a very special celebration! One of our incredible students was officially adopted by an amazing family, and his classmates and teachers got to attend! Meet Jed Hopkins!

Congratulations to all of the GCT Unified Athletes who competed in the Unified Special Olympics bowling games, but an extra congratulations to our Intermediate students and all the coaches. We are always proud of each of you!!
